Islamic "proofs" are abundant throughout the Koran. They consist of things such as this:

 

 

Life itself is proof of Allah:

  • In the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of the night and the day, and in the vessels that sail in the sea carrying that which profits people, and in the water that allah sends down from the clouds and quickens therewith the earth after its death and scatters therein all kinds of beasts, and in the courses of the winds, and the clouds pressed into service between the heaven and the earth, are indeed signs for a people who understand. (2:164)

 

 

 

Proof of Koran is asking those who have read it:

  • If thou art in doubt concerning that which we have sent down to thee, then ask those who have been reading the book before thee. Thou wilt know then that the truth has indeed come to thee from thy lord. (10:94)

 

 

 

Stars are proof that Koran is true:

  • I cite as proof the setting of the stars (56:75) And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew(56:76) that this is indeed a Qur’an most honorable(56:77) in a book well-guarded(56:78)which non shall touch but those who are clean(56:

 

 

 

 Mohammad crossed his heart and hoped to die:

  • This is a message sent down from the lord of the worlds.(69:43)And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in our name (69:44) we should certainly seize him by his right hand, (69:45)and we should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart(69:46)nor could any of you withhold him from our wrath(69:47)

 

 

 

Proofs are zodiac signs:

  • We cite as witness the sky displaying the zodiacal signs…(85:1)

 

 

 

 

And the best one:

Mohammad split the moon in 2. It's a fact.  NASA has even proven it.  I'm not kidding, they really claim this.

 

 

  •  During the lifetime of the Prophet the moon was split into two parts and on that the Prophet said, "Bear witness (to thus)."  That the Meccan people requested Allah's Apostle to show them a miracle, and so he showed them the splitting of the moon.  The moon was split into two parts during the lifetime of the Prophet. Bukhari V4 B56 N830-832

 

 

 

If it all seems silly, do not question what you don’t understand. It is just too burdensome for mere mortals:

  • O ye who believe, do not enquire about things which, if they were disclosed to you, would become burdensome for you; though if you enquire about them while the quran is being sent down, they will be disclosed to you. Allah has left them out on purpose. A people before you enquired about such things, but when they were disclosed to them they refused to carry them out.(5:101-102)
